1. Commencement & Probation
Employment commences on _______________ and is subject to a probation period of 3 months in accordance with Namibian labor guidelines.
2. Duties & Remuneration
The employee agrees to perform all duties assigned by the employer relating to general farming operations, animal husbandry, driving, or maintenance as applicable to the role of Driver.
3. Working Hours & Shift Roster
The employee shall work a standard 6-Day (Monday to Saturday) work schedule
in compliance with the Namibian Labour Act (max 45 hours per week).
Weekend & Shift Duty: Due to agricultural and livestock operational requirements, this position includes scheduled weekend or rotational shift duties. Overtime or rest-day compensation will apply in accordance with statutory guidelines.
The employee is entitled to 24 consecutive days of annual leave per completed year of service, as well as statutory sick and compassionate leave provisions.
4. Code of Conduct
The employee agrees to abide by the farm's disciplinary code, safety regulations, and operational policies. Any infractions will be handled in accordance with Schedule 8 of the Namibian Labour Act.
